Annual Career Day

Each year, 8th-grade students at Portola participate in Career Week.  During Career Week, students evaluate their interests using an interest inventory.  After exploring careers that interest them, they complete a reality check to see if those careers of interest match the lifestyle they wish to live.  On Career Day, speakers from our parent body and community shared their knowledge and experience regarding their education and career path with our 8th grade students.
