Are you coming to Portola Charter Middle School Next Year?

 

For Incoming 6th grade students into our Charter Program (Resident students and Affiliated Charter Permit students ONLY)…This survey is for incoming 6th graders to register into our classes for the 2023-2024 school year. If your child is currently a LAUSD student, you will ONLY need to fill out this form to enroll your child into our school.

 

 

If your child is not a LAUSD student, you can pick up a paper enrollment packet at our school or go to enroll.lausd.net to submit the online enrollment forms.
